Licence agreement

Licence grant

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on Windows devices you own or control. The licence is per Microsoft account, through the Store.

Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompilation or disassembly except where the law allows it
• No redistribution, rental, lease, sublicensing or resale
• No removal of copyright, licence or attribution notices
• No use that breaks the law or another service's rules

Ownership

The app, its name, its icons and its source code remain the property of the author. This agreement gives you a licence to use the app; it does not transfer ownership. Your own photos, screenshots and text stay yours — the app claims no rights over them.

Updates and support

Updates are provided through the Microsoft Store at no extra cost, and may add, change or remove features. Support is by email at lihaoming365@outlook.com; there is no guaranteed response time, but real questions get real answers.

Third-party components

The app links only against Windows system libraries. It contains no third-party runtime, no advertising SDK and no analytics library, so there are no third-party licence terms to accept beyond Windows itself.

Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind to the extent the law allows, including fitness for a particular purpose. The Limits page lists what the app deliberately does not do; rely on it before purchasing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the author is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for the app.

Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach it. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting its local data folder. Sections on ownership, warranty and liability survive termination.
