Most questions have a short answer. If yours does not, write to us — a real person reads it.
System requirements
- Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit
- No account and no internet connection needed after installation
- The line follows your primary display only
- Exclusive full-screen games can hide the line — use borderless windowed mode
Where settings and data live
Each app keeps one folder in your local app data. Deleting that folder resets the app to its defaults.
- ShowLine — %LOCALAPPDATA%\ShowLine
- ShowLine Photo — %LOCALAPPDATA%\ShowLinePhoto
- ShowLine Clip — %LOCALAPPDATA%\ShowClip
- ShowLine Color — %LOCALAPPDATA%\ShowHue
- ShowLine Snap — %LOCALAPPDATA%\ShowSnap
Default keyboard shortcuts
- Ctrl + Alt + A — take a screenshot (ShowLine)
- Ctrl + Alt + C — pick a colour (ShowLine, ShowLine Color)
- Ctrl + Alt + V — show or hide the line (ShowLine Clip)
- Ctrl + Alt + T — show or hide the line (ShowLine, ShowLine Photo, ShowLine Snap)
- Ctrl + Alt + Q — quit the app
Common problems
- The line does not appear — check that the app is running in the notification area, then press the show key
- The line disappears in a game — switch the game to borderless windowed, or turn on full-screen support in settings
- Antivirus warns about the app — it is unsigned installer-free code from the Microsoft Store; compare the hash shown in the Store listing
- Screenshots do not hang — check that the watched folder is enabled and that the screenshot landed there
- A card stopped working — the file it pointed at was moved or deleted; photos and screenshots are never copied

Report a bug or ask for a feature
Write to lihaoming365@outlook.com. Include the app name, its version from the settings window, your Windows version, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help — but please check they do not contain anything private.
Refunds and purchases
Purchases and refunds go through the Microsoft Store. If something does not work, write to us first — most problems are fixed in a few days. See the Refunds page for the full route.
