Refunds
ShowLine is sold through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft handles the payment, so Microsoft also handles refunds — we cannot issue or reverse a charge ourselves.
Which policy applies
Purchases are covered by the Microsoft Store refund policy for your country or region, and by the consumer law that applies where you live. Those rules decide whether a refund is available, not this page.
How to request a refund
- Open your Microsoft account order history at account.microsoft.com
- Find the ShowLine purchase and choose the refund option
- Or contact Microsoft Store support and quote the order
- Keep the order number — it is the fastest way to get help
Try it first
Every app, ShowLine as well as the four single apps, has a 7-day free trial, so you can test the real app before paying. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends, and you can still read the Limits page and look at the screenshots — they are rendered by the app itself, not mocked up.
If something does not work
Write to us before asking for a refund if the problem is a bug — most issues are fixed in a few days. Include your Windows version and what happened. If it cannot be fixed, we will say so and you can go to Microsoft.
Chargebacks
Please contact Microsoft support before asking your bank to reverse a charge. A chargeback can suspend the account that bought the app, and it is slower than the normal refund route.
